Its double Dies at center removes bends accurately and heavily damaged rim at corners can also be straightened accurately. There is always possibility of deforming of rim when removing the bend of the collar of the rim with the help of single die where as in our machine Double die from the out side and small single dies at both of the collar from inside put uniform pressure on the rim and there is No possibility of deforming the rim.
We supply Die attachment of 4â€, 4.5â€, 5â€, 5.5†and 6†Rim Width, in pairs along with machine.
